3.Introduction to the structure and working principle of the equipment:

The hydraulic lifting platform utilizes a double-scissor mechanism to achieve lifting and lowering. This machine operates through the push-pull action of the hydraulic cylinder located on the base. The lower sliding block drives the scissor fork to move horizontally, altering the angle of the scissor fork. The platform is then lifted or lowered by the movement of the upper sliding block. Additionally, this machine can be equipped with a traveling mechanism composed of a cycloidal pin wheel reducer and a chain, enabling the platform to travel automatically. The electrical system is controlled by PLC, allowing for easy automatic continuous/pulsed lifting and lowering to a certain height, and is equipped with upper and lower limit stops.
