The ore located in the ore bin above the feeder passes through the internal cavity of the feeder body and is discharged out of the machine at a constant speed through the discharge outlet, ensuring uniform feeding to the ball mill.

The disc feeder is a feeding device suitable for fine ore particles smaller than 20mm. The disc feeder consists of a drive device, a feeder body, a metering belt conveyor, and a metering device. The feeder and belt conveyor are driven by a single drive device, whose electromagnetic clutch serves to enable the start, stop, and function switching of the feeder. The belt speed of the metering belt conveyor is less than 1m/s. A speed detection device is installed to measure the belt speed, and a detection rod is provided for adjustment to prevent the weighing roller from skewing.
