2.Structural Features: The turnover machine consists of four major components: the horizontal rotation device, the turnover device, the hydraulic clamping device, and the electrical control system.
IV.Working Principle
The turnover machine is suitable for steel structure pallets. The stacking material and pallets are loaded onto the machine by a forklift (with uneven placement of pallets on the stacking material). It adopts one-side feeding. When the forklift delivers the material to the workbench, the workbench presses the workpiece under the action of a hydraulic cylinder. However, after the C-frame (turnover device) turns the workpiece over 180 degrees, the frame starts to rotate horizontally 180 degrees, allowing the C-shaped opening to return to its original position. The hydraulic system releases the workbench, and the forklift then takes the plate away.
This turnover machine adopts one-side loading and unloading, so it occupies a small area and facilitates logistics management in the workshop.
